2008 Christ the King Football Dates
TIGER FOOTBALL EQUIPMENT RETURN
The date for
the CTK Football Equipment Return is Sunday, November
9th from 12-2 pm in the upper level of the PCC.
This is the ONLY TIME that equipment is to be
returned. Let me repeat that, THIS IS THE ONLY TIME that equipment can be returned.
If your
equipment is not returned on this date you will be billed for the missing
equipment.
The equipment needs to be returned clean, laundered, and complete.
Equipment to
return includes:
- Clean
Uniform- Black game pants and game jersey. (Please note any damage.)
- 7 Pant
Pads (bagged)
- Helmet
and chin strap- DO NOT RETURN MOUTHPIECE WITH HELMET!
- Remove all decals and stripes
from helmet.
- Chin strap
should be laundered with uniform (remove snaps during laundering.)
- Shoulder
pads-
Spray disinfectant (Lysol) on padding
Players will not be allowed to
participate in any upcoming sport until ALL equipment is returned.

Participation
forms and fees for returning players MUST be turned in by May 11, 2009!!!

We need
players to register by our deadline so we meet CYO’s deadline for registering
teams.
ü
Physicals must be completed after June1st to be acceptable for the 2009-2010
school year.
ü
If your child attends CYO camp,
it is the player’s responsibility to
make
a copy of that physical
and
submit it to CTK. CYO
no longer stores the physicals and CTK is required to keep a copy for each child
for each year.
ü
NO practice & NO equipment
until Physical, Participation Form and Participation Fee are received in full~
NO EXCEPTIONS! (See
deadline above)
ü
There is only
one equipment handout day,
if
your child is not there he will not get equipment.
