PM until 6:00 PM Monday through Friday, on the days that
Christ the King School is in session. The After-Care
Program will not operate on any days that the
school is closed for holidays, vacation periods, weather
related closings, etc.
After-Care will be
open for 1 PM dismissals, EXCEPT for Good Friday & the last
day of school! |

Registration Fees: |
The first week’s non-refundable payment is due at the time
of registration to help determine staffing, snack and supply

After-Care Fees: |
After-Care fees are due in advance for the week on Mondays.
Families delinquent in the payment of their accounts
will be ineligible to use the program until the accounts
are brought current. |

Rules:
1. All children must be picked up by 6:00
PM.
2. A $1.00 per minute late charge will be
assessed per child for every minute past 6:00 PM that the
child is not picked up, payable at the time of pick-up.
3. Parents who wish
to use the After-Care Program for their child on a drop in
or emergency basis must contact the Director.
4. No child will be allowed to leave or walk
home alone. Exceptions will be made for CKS sports and
Scouts, with written permission from the parent.
5. Only parents, guardians, or authorized
persons will be allowed to pick up the child/ren.Parents
must advise the Program Director of any changes to the
normal pick up procedure.
6.
Children not picked up after school by 3:10 PM
will be sent to AfterCare and charged accordingly.

The After-Care Program Includes:

1. Supervision by full time adults,
assisted by high school students
2.
Tender Loving Care
3. Daily
snacks
4.
Supervised study time 4 days a week
5.
Supervised outdoor play (weather permitting)
6.
Crafts, board games, free play, special activities, and
celebrations
|

|

In order
to allow this program to be successful and enjoyable for
all, the children will be expected to show respectful
behavior towards others and towards property. Failure to
comply with this may result in expulsion from the program. |
